Parking Permits
The student parking application for the 2024-2025 school year is available below. All students parking on campus must complete the parking application, provide a copy of their class C or D driver’s license, and current insurance card. Parking permits for 2nd semester are $25 for all students parking on DHS campus. All students parking on campus must have their cars registered and submitted to Ms. Aviles in the front office by January 17th. Parking applications are located in the front office and students will need a copy of their driver's license and insurance card.
Please note that the parking application must be completed and signed by the student driver and parent and payment must be received prior to being issued a parking decal. Please submit applications to the front office.
Drivers Ed. Certificate
Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program (ADAP) Certificate:

Completion Requirement: Georgia law mandates that teens under 18 complete the ADAP to obtain a Class D driver's license.

Course Completion: Typically, students complete the ADAP during their Health class at DHS.

Requesting a Certificate:
- If Completed at DHS: Contact the DHS front office to request a replacement certificate. A fee may apply.
- If Completed Online (eADAP): Retrieve your certificate through the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) website:
- Visit the DDS eADAP Student Certificate page.
- Enter the required information to access and print your certificate.
Certificate of Attendance:

Purpose: This notarized certificate verifies your enrollment and attendance at DHS, often required for driver's license applications.

Request Procedure:
- Submit a request through the MySchoolBucks platform:
- Log in to your MySchoolBucks account.
- Navigate to the "Store" section and select the "Certificate of Attendance" option.
- Complete the form and pay the associated fee (typically $3).
- Allow at least 24 hours for processing.
- You will receive an email notification when the certificate is ready for pickup at the DHS front office.
