Parents and Guardians, School Council Meetings are Underway!

We are excited to begin another great year of collaboration and shared leadership as we continue to strengthen our partnerships between school, families, and the community, all in support of our students’ success.

The Dutchtown High School Council serves as an important advisory group that helps guide decision-making and foster open communication among all stakeholders.

Meeting Information:
In accordance with state requirements, the School Council will meet four times during the 2025–2026 school year. To ensure convenience and accessibility for all members, meetings will be held virtually.

Our first School Council meeting will take place on Thursday, October 30, 2025. During this initial session, we will conduct elections (as required by the state) for the following council leadership positions:

• Chair

• Vice Chair

• Secretary

We look forward to another productive year of shared vision and collaboration as we work together to make Dutchtown High School the best it can be for every student, every day.

Below are the scheduled meeting dates for the year:

• October 30, 2025
• December 11, 2025
• February 27, 2026 (Graduation planning discussion for the Class of 2027 begins)
• April 25, 2026
